Dress Code
Clothing:
Comfortable loose clothing should be worn (tracksuit pants, polo shirt, old jumper etc)
Consider including bathers, thermal underwear and two pairs of socks (one will get wet!)
A raincoat is also a good idea to keep you comfortable in the inclement weather
Footwear:
Enclosed footwear MUST be worn on the water i.e. Runners, wetsuit booties or enclosed reef shoes. Bring two pairs as one will get wet.

Is it safe?
All guides are warm, friendly and very highly trained individuals chosen for their ability to make your rafting trip safe, fun-filled and unforgettable. You can be confident that your guide is a skilled, experienced professional focused totally on making the day one to remember.
Do I need to be a skilled rafter?
No experience is necessary to participate on this trip
Can I wear my own wetsuit?
You can definitely wear your own wetsuit on the trip, perhaps it will fit better.
Is food provided?
Yes. On the day you’ll get some hot soup, a roll and fresh fruit to keep you going. If you’re vegetarian or require a special diet it’s best to bring it with you.
Is it safe to wear jewellery?
For safety purposes we suggest you leave any jewellery at home.
Q: What is the potential for injury?
A: Whitewater rafting is a relatively safe outdoor adventure sport that requires your active participation but is not without some degree of risk. You should be in good physical shape and expect to exert yourself. You should understand that accidents have and do happen. Injuries however are uncommon.

A: We pride ourselves on our collective guide experience. Our staff averages 10 years of guiding experience. Q: What should I bring to wear?
A: Warm weather rafting bathing suit shorts water shoes sandals or old pair of sneakers they will get soaked towel and a fun attitude. Cold weather rafting wool hat wool mittens wool socks rain slicker or heavyweight windbreaker bathing suit towel and a fun attitude. Tips Synthetic materials such as polyester silk fleece Polartec and polypropelene have excellent insulating value. Ladies a pair of nylons works great under a wetsuit. Cameras Dont bother unless theyre waterproof.

Q: What if I have a health problem?
A: If you have a health condition such as diabetes, epilepsy, pregnancy, heart condition, asthma, etc, please advise us before trip departure. It is your responsibility to make sure we are aware of your condition, that you are fit enough for the activity, and that you have appropriate medication with you. In some of the cases mentioned above, our advice would be to not go Grade 5 rafting.
Q: Am I likely to fall out?
A: Our swimmer rate - where a person involuntarily falls out of the raft - sits at about 5% of all people taking part in the activity. We cannot guarantee that you will not be part of that statistic.
