The Experience

Swimming with the Sea Lions & Bluefin Tuna in Port Lincoln is a truly unique and magical experience. Swim up and get close and personal with these beautiful and unique Port Lincoln locals. You will soon learn why Sea Lions are known as the seas most playful mammals and swimming with the Tuna is a different kind of adrenalin rush.

Experience the thrill of being tantalisingly close to the sea’s most playful mammals in the sheltered waters of seal cove! Let our experienced crew and comfortable vessel take you to the remote, pristine Hopkins Island where the resident Sea Lion population will welcome you with open flippers!

Often 40 Sea Lions surround the boat and frolic in their natural environment. Watch them as they bound out to the boat with excitement to begin their awaited performance. These inquisitive sea mammals will engage you in their underwater production. Somersaults, back flips, and graceful swirls will fascinate and amaze you!

Swim snorkel and photograph the Australian Sea Lion! On return you will visit the exclusive Tuna ranch in Boston Bay where you can swim with the Bluefin Tuna! You will have the opportunity to get yo close with these lightening fast, immense fish that will effortlessly speed past you.

A: Yes, your certainly can. But no worries if you don't have one as we provide them.

Q: Is there wheel chair access?
A: We have taken people in wheelchairs very successfully however our toilet facilities are not suitable for wheelchairs. With prior notice we can make allowances.

Q: Do I need any dive qualifications?
A: No – you will simply be snorkeling on the surface.
