The Experience
The Moreton island scenic and adventure cruise that departs from New Port Marina Scarborough, is easily one of the most fun ways to see the beautiful Moreton island and surrounding area. Whilst cruising there will be informative commentary along the way, you can also snorkel and for the more extreme go on the boom netting!
The tour commences with a welcome orientation and safety briefing by the friendly crew before embarking upon the crystal clear waters of Moreton Bay.
You now have an opportunity to soak up the sun, take in the scenery and watch for sightings of the variety of fascinating wildlife and marine animals that are prevalent in Moreton Bay. The experience is highlighted by expert commentary supplied by the resident naturalist. Marine animals such as dolphins and the endangered loggerhead turtles and dugongs have all made their home in this beautiful environment. The majestic humpback whale migrates through the Australian Whale Sanctuary past Moreton Island.
