Come aboard our 58 foot catamaran to wonder at the magnificence of humpback whales. Set sail from Sandy Straits Marina located in Hervey Bay to cruise alongside unique Fraser Island spotting dolphins, turtles, seabirds and possibly dingoes to Platypus Bay - where whales come to play.
Start off your experience with complimentary transfers from your accommodation to the Sandy Straits Marina. As you travel towards Platypus Bay your ships captain and a local whale guru will keep you entertained with information on these amazing whales. Once at Platypus Bay you can observe these captivating creatures in their natural habitat.
After this the captain will sail you through The Great Sandy Biosphere. Sit back and relax, watch the sea life and enjoy the tranquility on your journey back to the Sandy Straits Marina. Once there your transport will take you back to your accommodation.
