The Experience
For the ultimate adventure join this fantastic full day biking, hiking and kayaking experience. A day where you will experience Manly’s beauty while participating in these exciting outdoor activities.
We begin at Manly Waterfront and bike to Manly's fabulous North Head - the northern portal of the entrance to the harbour with magnificent views. Explore picturesque Manly including beaches, coves headlands, bushland and the natural beauty and military history of North Head.
We then enjoy a fabulous hiking experience from Manly to The Spit. Explore the dramatic coastline, pretty bushland of the Sydney Harbour National Park, panoramic lookouts, aboriginal engravings and areas of native coastal heath. After the hike, it’s time for a well deserved lunch at the relaxing Clontarf Beach.
We finish our day with a wonderful kayaking tour from Clontarf Beach exploring the secluded sandy coves and dazzling waters of Middle Harbour.
Suitable for those with a good fitness level as this is a full day experience including a 5 km bike ride, a 5km hike and a 5km kayak.

Additional InfoWe provide snacks, a delicious lunch and refreshments, kayak, PFD, bike, helmet and glove hire.
We suggest bringing a backpack to carry all your personal items. You may like to bring a camera to capture the amazing scenery you'll experience along the way. To ensure you keep well hydrated, please bring at least 1.5 litres of drinking water (on extremely hot days double this amount). We also recommend a hat and sunscreen.
This experience will normally operate in all but exceptional weather conditions. Conditions such as fog, mist, drizzle, showers, rain, sleet and windy conditions do not affect normal operation of our activities.
Daily departures subject to minimum numbers and availability. We are closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years.
DurationThis is a full day experience beginning at 9:00am and returning at approximately 4:30pm. Dress CodePlease wear comfortable clothes, hat and enclosed shoes
Wear clothes to maintain a comfortable body temperature, we suggest wearing layers
Do not wear jeans as you may overheat or they may not dry quickly if it rains
High heeled shoes, thongs, sandals or skimpy shoes should NOT be worn
Wear shoes that can get wet whilst kayaking
Bring a lightweight wet weather jacket
Bring swimmers and a towel if you wish to have a swim at the end of the day

Q: Do I need to bring my own bike or kayak?
A: No. We happily provide you with a bike, helmet, gloves and kayaks.
Q: Do I need to be fit in order to participate?
A: We ask that you have a good fitness level to participate as it is a full day of biking, hiking and kayaking.
Q: Does this experience operate in winter?
A: Yes we run all year round. We will provide you with spray skirts which keep you warm and stop you from getting wet from paddle splash while kayaking. We recommend you wear a wet weather jacket to keep you warm and dry on top.
Q: Is lunch included?
A: Yes, lunch and snacks is included in the price. We recommend your bring your own 1.5 litre water bottle for the tour.
Q: Are children allowed on this experience?
A: Yes, we are happy for children 10 years and older to participate. There is a discount rate for children between 10 and 16 years old.
