Sushi Making Workshop – Sydney, NSW

The Experience

This sushi making class is designed to teach you how to make various vegetarian types of sushi. You will learn how to make hoso maki (thin roll), cyu maki (medium roll), ura maki (inside out roll) and nigiri (sushi ball).

It is not only these various techniques you will learn, but also other Japanese cooking skills such as how to make crispy tempura.

We have a vegan mayo to use for the vegans who are interested in the class.

Everything we create will be based on something soy - tofu, edamame, soymilk, okara and so on. We'll use minimal oil and sugar but don't worry, all the dishes will taste great!

The classes are hands on and intimate which means you'll get as much one-on-one interaction and support as you need.

We'll have a full sit-down meal together and when we're done you'll be confident to take your newfound skills and techniques home to impress and nurture your friends and family. Let's relax and enjoy the sushi together!
