Deliveries are made Monday to Friday; orders are taken 7 days a week. All Hampers are placed in a special carton for shipment, and we only deliver to Australia and Tasmania
Orders received overnight are delivered to:-
Brisbane City same day, metropolitan areas and most regional towns are next day delivery, country Queensland 2 days delivery.
Sydney, Canberra, next day delivery
Melbourne 2 days delivery
Adelaide 3 to 4 days delivery
Perth Metropolitan is 3 days to 4 days
All remote regional areas outside of the cities will take longer.
Please note at Christmas time you will need to allow approx 2 extra days for delivery
We only use quality couriers delivering door to door, all hampers are insured for your protection. A signature is required on delivery. In the case that there is no one home a calling card will be left in their mail box for the recipients to phone and make another time for delivery.
Please note that it is the receiver's responsibility to contact the courier to arrange an alternate delivery time. It is also the responsibility of the customer to inform us if a gift does not arrive.
Once we have been notified we will lodge an enquiry with the respective courier and track your gift accordingly as each gift has a consignment number for delivery
Whilst we endeavour to deliver by the date requested, this is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances. Late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle cancellation of an order
Products and baskets may have to be changed from time to time pending availability. The basket or product will be substituted with similar product and baskets We are now using Australian Air Express for deliveries. With Australian Air Express we have to send all baskets out in Hamper Boxes, because of size. We will be shipping all contents of baskets in lovely hamper boxes, so presentation will still be very nice. Australian Air Express delivery over night to most of Australia.
