In these Italian cooking classes you learn to make homemade pasta, pasta sauces, soups, biscotti using fresh ingredients - some straight from the Chef's garden and much, much more. Recipes are constantly changing with seasonal availabilities of fresh food, so come prepared to be surprised and delighted.

Class menus constantly change with the seasonal availability of fresh produce and the variety of ways to prepare them. In the classic Italian cooking class the Chef will show you how to make mouth-watering Italian dishes such as:

•your own pasta dough from scratch - to make spaghetti, fettuccine, agnolotti, and ravioli.
•interesting pasta sauces, including traditional pasta sauce, to serve with your homemade pasta.
•a very tasty pesto and a variation on the traditional gnocchi.
•Authentic pizza dough for real home made pizza.
•Traditional Italian salad like -:
•Orange & Fennel, Apple, Speck & Asiago Cheese Salad.
•Desserts such as -:
•Tiramasu, Zabaglione, Stuffed Peaches with Amaretto, and many more.
