The Experience

The Tiger Moth is a vintage open-cockpit biplane capable of a range of aerobatic manoeuvres! There's no better way to appreciate the sights around the beautiful city of Melbourne than by a flight in an open cockpit Tiger Moth aircraft.

We can organize your flight over the central business district, around the beaches of Port Phillip Bay or in fact, anywhere you want to go. We have a range of standard scenic routes to suit everybody's tastes. To add a little X-Factor to your experience you will be able to feel real thrills with the aerobatic manoeuvrability of these amazing machines.

You will experience what it would have been like to dog fight like the Red Baron in WW1 as you indulge in this nostalgic adrenalin. From the front seat of the Tiger Moth you can experience the same sensations and excitement as a WW1 pilot experienced in his open cockpit bi-plane fighter more than 85 years ago. You will spin, loop and roll through the sky in the ultimate roller coaster ride.

Additional Info

You will take off right next to the military base which is still occupied by the RAAF. It is free to enter the base so why not visit the superb RAAF Museum after your flight.

All adults entering Point Cook Airfield must have photographic ID with their address on it. If you don't bring this you may be refused entry onto the air base.

Weight limit is 120kg.

Duration

Your aerobatic flight will have engine time of approximately 30 minutes. If you have not selected any upgrades from the right panel then this flight path is over Williamstown or Werribee.

Dress Code

Bring along something warm, it is open cockpit remember. We will provide you with a leather jacket, hat and goggles.
