The Experience

Experience exciting gliding adventure flights that will take you past the Melbourne CBD and show you stunning scenery and amazing landmarks in the city of Melbourne. Glider flights are the perfect way to tour the city or the nearby Dandenong from above.

The adventure starts departing from Moorabbin Airport cruising past Albert Park Lake and Station Pier, and "subject to gaining clearance" from Melbourne Air Traffic Control fly a circuit around Melbourne CBD taking in views of the city buildings, the MCG, Telstra Dome, Melbourne's iconic sporting venues and world famous parks and gardens.

We then fly south over Port Philip Bay to abeam Carrum where the engines will be shut down and you will experience the exhilaration of Silent Soaring Flight. The engine will be restarted for the return flight.

We do encourage all participants to “have a go” on the controls with the aim of “flying the glider for themselves” at some stage during the flight.
