The Experience

All of your senses will be stimulated the second the radial engine roars to life. This flight will be flown in the Hunter Valley region and includes an introduction to G-Force, weightlessness, and military manoeuvres including aerobatics such as loops, rolls, immelmans, cuban eights, and the ever graceful stall turn.

Australia's newest and exciting Adventure Flight companies offering nostalgic, enjoyable, and adrenalin packed flights to the everyday public. Whilst this adventure is not for the faint hearted, the flight is totally about your safety and comfort, so we can do as little or as much as you want - after all it’s your experience!

Whilst the flights last between 20 and 50 minutes you should allow 1-2 hours for the full experience. You will be fitted into a genuine flying suit, receive military type briefings, assist with the pre-flight inspection and of course there is the flight itself!

Reconnaissance Mission - 30 minutes
Your mission is to take off from the Hunter Valley and conduct a tactical reconnaissance mission of the Newcastle or the Nelson Bay area. We’ll stay below radar coverage for most of the flight and ensure that if you live locally that get to see your home from a view unseen before.

The Full Military Mission - 50 minutes
This is our premier adventure experience. You will take off and head to the beautiful Nelson Bay. Once there you will drop below the radar and conduct a bombing run onto the Sygna shipwreck. Once our bombs are gone we’ll conduct reconnaissance of Newcastle city before egressing back into the Hunter Valley for some aerobatics and Air Combat manoeuvring before returning to base.

Q. How long before my booking should I arrive?
A. Aim to arrive 15-30 minutes prior to your flight booking as we may be able to run early.

Q. What should I wear?
A. Ensure closed in flat soled shoes. You can wear a flying suit for a full experience - we still recommend a change of clothes though because you can still get warm, especially in summer.

Q. Should I eat before my flight?
A. A normal healthy meal is recommended. If you fly on a full stomach or on nothing at all your may become airsick. Hangovers or alcohol effects are not permitted.

A. Can I bring a camera with me?
A. Absolutely - We recommend it! We also offer an optional DVD which means you can just sit back and take it all in rather than viewing it through a camera lens.

Q. What if the weather is not suitable?
A. We will be looking at the weather closely in the days leading up to your flight. If deemed unsuitable you will be called as early as possible to reschedule. Allow up to 2 hours to get your flight done in case of small weather delays.

Q. What will my guests do whilst I am flying?
A. Watching with Envy! We will have some chairs and a gazebo for them to relax.
